Returns
Because many of our items are thoughtfully sourced and ship directly from our trusted vendors, return eligibility may vary by product.
General Return Guidelines
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return
If your return is approved, we will provide next steps based on the vendor fulfilling your order.
Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, including:
- Final sale items
- Certain large or made-to-order pieces
- Items noted as non-returnable on the product page
We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- In some cases, restocking fees may apply depending on the vendor
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow several business days for processing, depending on your bank
Exchanges
Because items ship from multiple vendors, we are not always able to offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and initiating a return (if eligible).
