Muddy Boots at the Firehouse

Fresh concrete, muddy boots, and a whole lot of heart—things are moving along at the firehouse in Kamas, the future home of our new store!

Our latest milestone: getting the footings formed up and poured. These photos capture the progress, from wooden forms and carefully placed rebar to fresh concrete filling the trenches alongside the brick building. It’s exciting to see all that preparation turn into another step forward.

And then there was the weather! We had a serious downpour, with even a bit of hail over in Heber. At the firehouse, the muddy ground, puddles, and rain jackets tell the story. It certainly wasn’t the sunny construction day we would have ordered.

But if you know Nicole, our owner, you know how much she puts into this project. Rain or shine, she, her dad, and her family are always there, putting in the work to bring our new store to life. There are so many hours behind these progress photos, and we’re grateful for the family and crew helping make it happen.

Right now, there’s still plenty of dirt, concrete, and work ahead. But every step brings us closer to welcoming you through those doors—and we love getting to share the process with you.
